Following are examples of the services we provide, some of which are offered on an estimate-basis only. The list is not all-inclusive, so please do not hesitate to request any special services that do not appear here:
- Mowing, Weed Eating, Edging, Blowing: We do it all. We make sure your lawn is professional serviced with the highest standards. After mowing, trimming and edging, we make sure unwanted debris are blown and cleaned.
- Fertilizing and Weed Control: It's also known as "weed and feed." We know that a program for lawn fertilization and weed control that works in one neighboring area may not be right for another. So we tailor our lawn care services to the local climate and growing conditions in your area.
- Aeration: Simply put, your lawn needs to breathe. Every time you step on your lawn, mow your grass, or allow your children to play in the yard, your lawn soil becomes a little more compacted. For most homeowners, annual or bi-annual lawn aeration is important to keep a lawn healthy and disease-free.
- Leaf Clean-up: You don't have to worry about such little things. We can come through and pick up all the leaves that is making your home look like a mess.
- Tree and Shrub Trimming: These are sometimes a very needed service to make your home look beautiful. We'll haul away excess debris and can be performed on-call. You do not need a weekly or any other subscription package to have this done.
- Sprinkler Repair: You already know the benefits of having a sprinkler system. It saves you time and money, but if you have one that is non-functional, it does you no good. Give us a call and we'll be out to fix your sprinkler system and get you back on track.
- Winterize and De-winterize Plumbing: Whether you’ve got a summer cabin or a bank owned property we protect the entire plumbing system from freezing during the cold winter months. When it warms up during the spring we return the plumbing system back to normal.
- Paint and Stain: Whether you want to freshen up a room or change the style and feel of your entire home inside or outside, our courteous professionals will do the job right the first time. We pay special attention to the preparation, craftsmanship and detail to make sure we exceed your expectations.
- Window Cleaning: This service will allow us to clean the interior and exterior windows of your home. We clean the screens and the tracks and guarantee a no streak finish every time. Nothing brightens up a home like squeaky clean windows.
- Gutter Cleaning: Cleaning gutters can be annoying but is a very essential chore. Why deal with such a dirty mess when you can have us do it for you? Gutters prevent damaging water from running across windows and doors and down the sides of your house. They also channel water away from your foundation, reducing the chance that your house will someday be washed down the hill into your neighbor's driveway. The truth is that gutters are necessary, even though they can be a bother.
- Mulch Installation: Mulch can help control weeds, reduce the competition for water and nutrients and spares roots near the soil surface, which are often damaged by cultivation. - Flower Bed Maintenance: This service will allow us to maintain your flower bed and pull out any weeds that may be lurking.
- Holiday Lighting: This service is offered beginning in October and runs up to Christmas. We custom make a strand specifically for your home with no visible signs of cords or empty sockets. From traditional triple dipped incandescent or clear bulbs to energy saving LED's, we offer it all. Commercial grade LED's offer 90% energy savings, 50,000 hours of life and a great look for your home. Pre-lit wreaths and garland are also available. Whether we provide the lights or install your existing lights, you are sure to be pleased with the service you receive for a portion of the price of other companies
- Dog Waste Removal: This service will allow us to maintain your yard, and you to enjoy your furry four-legged friends without the hassle of clean-up.
- Other: This is the section for that odd job that really doesn’t have a title, name, or a "you know". It’s a section for this, that and the other thing. If you don’t know how to do it, we will figure it out. If you don’t want to do it, we will.
